I provide mental health counseling for adults and adolescents who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, fears/phobias, separation/divorce, grief, codependency, or parenting concerns. I believe in the power of healing relationships, and seek to help create a harmonious, healthy environment that is supportive of you and all members of your family.
I offer telehealth sessions for clients throughout Tennessee and in office sessions for clients at my Columbia, TN office.
Finances

My per session fee is $125.
I am in network with Aetna and Cigna/Evernorth insurance. I am happy to file out of network claims so you can take advantage of your out of network benefits with United or UMR. |
I recommend sharing your insurance information with me before your first session so that I may verify your benefits.

Confidentiality and Privacy
I believe strongly in confidentiality, and you can be assured our therapeutic communication will remain private. Confidentiality has some legal limits which I will explain in detail.
Clinical Supervision
I also provide clinical supervision for pre-professionals working toward social work or professional counselor licensure in the State of Tennessee. Please contact me for more information.
